The Most Treasured & Beautiful Part of Your Life

This month has brought me such pride and happiness. As I sit in the quiet of my office, I realize how much fun the last few weeks of joyful chaos have been. Our Princesses have been home and filling the house with laughter. It has been as if they never left: couches filled with sleeping beauties, shows on the T.V. we watched when they came out on network television, and having them all within hugging range. 

Every night, I listened as they talked about their days, dreams, and plans for the future. Their Dad would come up with a movie reference or song to match whatever they were feeling. Their Dad can still make them laugh, and they try so hard to make him laugh. The memories of being home together, watching a Princess or Disney movie, and the way their Dad would quote characters well after it was over filled their faces with big smiles, and their laughter filled the room.

Our girls were home to celebrate the wedding of another "daughter" to us; she has been Princess' best friend since grammar school and has gone on many trips with us. Seeing all the love for the perfect man who loves her so much was a joy to watch.

One of the greatest pleasures of my life is witnessing how well our children work together. Princess, Princess #2, and Princess #3 put together the most elegant and romantic bridal shower for Princess #4 and soon-to-be Prince #4. The way they helped each other every step of the way amazed me. Princess #2's Google Doc had us ready with our assignments for the big day. Their vision, and the way they incorporated everything that is Princess #4, was magical. From the menu, desserts, and the bouquet bar, the day was flawless.

We are so excited for Princess #4 and Prince#4 as they embark on the next chapter of their lives they will write together. Our well is overflowing with love and joy!
